Ten entrepreneurs from Nagaland had visited Maharashtra for an exposure tour to study Food Exports and procedures.

The tour is being organised by Government of Nagaland and a five member team of officials of Industries and Commerce department led by the Commissioner and Secretary, Lithrongla Chishi also accompanied them on 27th May.

The  visited pack houses, treatment units and also held interaction with Export houses dealing in the Export of Food items. They have also visited several industrial houses in Pune on 29th May 2019. 

The tour has been sponsored by Agricultural and Processed Food Products Exports Development Authority (APEDA).
