Mizoram Chief Minister Zoramthanga today felicitated C. Lalremsanga, the first recipient of the Dhyan Chand Award for Lifetime Achievement in Sports and Games from the northeast.

He is also the first Olympiad of Mizoram and having had represented India in numerous events in archery.
