Department of Information and Public Relations invites everyone to the Second Nagaland Film Festival at Capital Convention Centre, Kohima to be held on 31st October & 1st November 2019.
Films from all the North-East states will be screened during the Festival, along with the participation of the filmakers. The festival will start by 10 am till 4 pm.
