In remembrance of the great contribution made by a true patriot Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee on his Punyatithi today, a tree plantation drive was held at the Ukhrul Town area.

The plantation drive was led by Somatai Shaiza  ex- BJP  MLA Candidate 44-Ukhrul Mandal, Manipur Pradesh along with 44-Ukhrul Mandal President BJP Longyao Raihing, Aso Chihui, General Secretary (Organisation) 44/BJP Ukhrul, Thingthing Horam, President BJYM 44-Ukhrul Mandal President, Hashokmi Kamkara  Former Education Minister’s OSD, Mimi Khaleng IT Co-Convenor, BJP 44/Ukhrul Mandal along with Ukhrul BJP members.

320s trees were planted today at Naga Gate to Nungshanglong area (NH-150)
