On Sunday the NIA, (National Investigation Agency) carried out raids at 16 locations in connection with two cases — ISIS voice of Hind case and TRF case across Kashmir Valley

According to information received the raids are still going on at various locations in Srinagar, Anantnag, Kulgam, and Baramulla.

At least 70 youths have been detained in Srinagar and around 570 people were detained across Kashmir Valley in the last two to three days. The detained include several stone pelters and anti-India actors and are being questioned, it is learnt.

These crackdowns by security forces are part of the security process being undertaken after the terror attacks on minorities of the valley a few days back.

It was when on last Thursday, a group of masked men forced into a school in Kashmir and started demanding to know the religious identity of teachers. As per police briefing, these men then separated two non-Muslim teachers and shot them at close range.
