Shirui Lilly festival of Manipur will be inaugurated on Wednesday in the hill district of Ukhrul which will be graced by the Governor of  Manipur La. Ganesan, Chief Minister N. Biren Singh, and a host of Ministers and MLAs of the Government of Manipur.

The 4-day festival will take place in three locations in Shirui village ground, Bakshi ground, and TNL ground of Ukhrul in Manipur.

The festival is full packed with various activities showcasing the rich and diverse culture of Manipur society. 

The Tourism department is geared up with last-minute preparation and this year lot many homestays has come up to facilitate tourists to come and get a good homely facility, informed the Director Tourism W. Ibohal Singh.
