The Dimasa Students’ Community Guwahati (DSCG) is going to celebrate its completion of glorious 25 years of existence on the 12th and 13th of November of this year at Guwahati informed Desring Thaosen, General Secretary, Silver Jubilee Celebration Committee in a press meet held at Nothao hotel, Haflong on Sunday.
The 2-Day program will be commenced by hoisting of the community’s flag by the President of DSCG – Silver Jubilee Celebration Committee at “Farm Gate Campus (Playground), Khanapara, Guwahati” which will be followed by sports events.
Likewise, on the second day, the program will be scheduled with the Closing Ceremony cum Freshers’ meeting at Srimanta Sankardeva Kalakshetra, Guwahati.

It is worth mentioning that since its formation, DSCG has been functioning specifically carrying an objective to uplift the students and to involve them in various socio-cultural activities and at the same time to enlighten them in respect of Dimasa literature, history and also by organizing symposiums, seminars, etc considering the necessity at the time and also extends assistance in the field of medical as well as in the admission process & other issues relating to Dimasa Community in particular and students in general.
