Chief Executive Member, N C Hills Autonomous Council Debolal Gorlosa flagged off the Gaon Sampark Abhiyan (Rath Yatra) in the presence of huge gatherings of Bharatiya Janata Party leaders, workers, and well-wishers on Sunday at Harangajao in Dima Hasao.

Commemorating the 75th Year of India’s Independence celebrating ‘Azaadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ as Gaon Sampark Abhiyan organized by Bharatiya Janata scheduled caste Morcha, Harangajao Mandol which started from Harangajao on Sunday. The Abhiyan, the Ratha Yatra will cross through the main towns and junctions of the beautiful District of Dima Hasao until it reaches its final destination Langting.

The august program was started with the offering of floral tribute to the portrait of Bharatmata, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, B N Ambedkar, and Deen Dayal Upadhyay by the leaders and guests.
