PM’s Mission Recruitment, Rozgar Mela-02 was organized by ITBP on Tuesday at Khatting Hill, Itanagar with the rest of the Country where Prime Minister Narendra Mode distributed letters of job Appointments to 71 thousand youths in 45 cities across the country by pressing a remote button through video conference. Rojgar Mela which aims to increase recruitment opportunities for youth to boost their career and morals is part of PM Modi’s 10 lakh recruitment campaign. It is part of the government’s efforts to fast-track recruitment of over one million personnel within a year at various levels such as Group-A, Group-B (Gazetted), Group-B (Non-Gazetted), and Group-C, across 38 departments and ministries
In Itanagar, Union Law and Justice Minister Kiran Rijiju handed out appointment letters to 42 youths out of which 19 are of Assam Rifles, 17 ITBP, and 6 SSB.
Kiran Rijiju while addressing the Rozgar Mela programme at ITBP Headquarters congratulated each of the new appointees in the various arm forces and advised them to take the path of truth and positivity in their lives.
He further said that the people who are recruited in the army, arm forces, police, etc are above all jobs as compared to other jobs, as they serve the nation, therefore the Union Minister advised the new appointees to contribute to nation building.

Prime Minister, on the occasion also launched a new platform called ‘Karmayogi Bharat’- an online platform specially designed for skill development with many different types of online courses available on the portal.
The platform will solve various problems which will help in online learning, Competency Management, career management, discussion, and networking. It will also act as a tool for government departments and managers so that they can monitor their officers and employees.
About 20 million users can be trained through this platform, anyone, and anywhere, on any device (laptop/tab / mobile phone).
This iGOT Karmayogi online platform will act as a guide for civil service officers (such as IAS, IPS, and others).
