Finally, after finding the right owner, both brothers returned the money together. The incident happened on Thursday. In Islamabad village of Dholai police station area of Cachar district of Assam. There is a first-food stall called Rayan Biryani on the side of the national highway in Islamabad village on 306 Silchar-Aizawl National Highway. On Thursday afternoon, a businessman traveling from Mizoram towards Silchar in a bolero entered the biryani stall to eat biryani.

On the way, he left a bag full of several lakhs of rupees with valuable documents on the chair of the biryani stall. A few hours after the businessman had left, the stall owner Rakib Hossain Majumder saw a bag on a chair. He immediately informed the matter to Taibur Rahman Majumdar, the elder brother.

The two brothers together contacted a local journalist. The journalist advised them to check whether there is an identity card or a contact number inside the vehicle. It can be seen that the name and contact number of a person are mentioned in a diary inside the bag, and that number is contacted immediately. Thus the money was returned. The owner of the money was happy to get back the bag full of money.

Taibur Rahman Majumdar, mentioned that in the month of November 2018, he lost 2 lakh 65 thousand rupees including the bag. The pain of losing that money still haunts him, then realizing the state of his mind after losing the money. He feels he is blessed to be able to find the owner of the money quickly and return it to the rightful owner.
