Hornbill Festival | Ngorayi Lohe Walks Fastest On Stilt Bamboo

The Stilt Bamboo walking competition was held as part of the hornbill festival on 5th December 2022 at Kisama in Nagaland as part of the Hornbill Festival. Altogether 11 (eleven) tribes participated in the competition.

The following emerges as winners. In first placed Ngorayi Lohe from the Chakhesang tribe, Tachiho from the Pochury tribe, and Ketholel Noho from the Angami tribe bagged second and third positions.

The winners pocketed a sum of Rs. 6000 Rs. 4000 and Rs. 2000 respectively. The event was organized by the Department of Youth Resources and Sports.
