The hour-long sessions are so designed and scheduled so as to accommodate modern-day hectic lifestyles
Bangalore: Suta, one of India’s most beloved artisanal lifestyle brands, is joining forces with Proactive For Her, an omnichannel women’s health clinic, to launch an extensive new campaign to create awareness amongst women about pertinent issues relating to their health. The workshops will cover various topics including nutrition and personal care, with a focus on empowering women to make better and more informed wellness decisions in their daily lives.
This initiative is representative of Suta and Proactive for Her’s dedication to providing women with valuable knowledge and support for their physical and mental well-being. This series of free, walk-in workshops promote mindfulness and address a wide range of topics related to women’s health, including nutrition and gynecology. The workshops are open to all and aim to encourage women to prioritize their health by providing them with the necessary information they need to make informed decisions.
Each workshop, hosted at Suta’s beautiful and thoughtfully designed flagship store in Indiranagar, Bangalore, will encompass a talk by an expert, followed by audience questions. The hour-long sessions are so designed and scheduled so as to accommodate modern-day hectic lifestyles. The topics of discussion include body positivity, myth-busting, sexual wellness, mindful eating, managing PCOS symptoms with mindful eating, tips to incorporate essentials into meal prep, and everyday lifestyle suggestions.
These workshops are essential in today’s day and age where, although there is a lot of information available it is difficult to find all that is necessary and relevant and check the credibility of this information. This is where Proactive For Her comes in with their best-in-class medical experts who not only educate but also clarify any doubts, and offer customized solutions that cater to the needs of modern women.
The first workshop, held on March 15, included a talk on mindful eating by nutritionist Priyanka Savina from Proactive For Her, followed by an interactive Q&A session with the audience. The event offered women a holistic approach to physical and mental health, by addressing common misconceptions, contradictory advice, and myths surrounding women’s health.
The next workshop, scheduled for later this month, will feature an interactive session with a renowned gynecologist. The workshop aims to promote awareness and provide accurate information on women’s health issues. All women are welcome to attend the workshops, free of charge.
