Diphu : Forces of Borpathar Police station, Bokajan subdivision during a routine check seized large quantities of illicit India made foreign liquor at Khakrajan   police checkpoint over NH39 while the consignment of liquor was transported to neighboring state of Nagaland. The capture was made around 1.00 pm. 

Police have informed that the consignment of around 774 cartons of illicit liquor was brought from Bandor Deva area of Arunachal Pradesh concealed inside a truck with registration number NL 01 6599.

 Police have estimated the market value of the seized I M F L to be around Rs. 18 lakhs in black market.  Police have arrested one Santosh Mohoto resident of Hanjanglangso in this case on the charge of bootlegging
