Trickling Time, Life Sublime

A chance missed, a dream delayed,
Regrets and what ifs in my mind played,
I had an opportunity to shine,
But alas, the timing wasn’t mine…

Excuses I made, reasons I found,
To justify my feet being on the ground,
Now I look back with deep regret,
I didn’t use the chance, and it’s something I can’t forget…

Opportunities in life come and go,
But it’s up to us to make them grow,
We must seize the moment and take the lead,
Or forever be wondering what could have been…

It’s not easy, I know, to take a chance,
To step outside of comfort and dance,
But we must push ourselves in every way,
To reach our goals and find success each day…

So whenever an opportunity comes your way,
Don’t hesitate, just seize it today,
The right timing may not always be there,
But don’t let that stop you, be brave, and dare…

For life is too short, and time is too fast,
To let opportunities slip right past,
Believe in yourself, and take the leap of faith,
And watch as your dreams turn into a beautiful path.
