Silchar May 03: KRC Foundation which has tied up with Fyne Hand Consultants are looking for graduates from North eastern states to work in the field of HR. Any graduates with good communication skills both written and verbal and with an analytical bent of mind will be suitable for the assignment. The process is completely work from home and the candidates have to have broadband facility and computer.

The company will provide a month long training and during the training period also the candidates will be paid, informed a media release. The KRC Foundation role here is to identify the candidates and brief the job profile and if the skill set matches shall forward the resumes to the company.

Fyne Hand will then conduct its own interviews and select candidates as par the company policies which are being explained to the candidates. Candidates are paid by the Fyne Hand Consultants as they will be on their payroll, says the press communique.

In the month of April 45 candidates were shortlisted by KRC Foundation out of which 6 candidates have been selected and their onboarding has started from May 2.
