Imphal: Addressing a press-meet in Imphal Manipur DGP P Doungel asked the miscreants to return all the stolen arms of Manipur police at the earliest.

“I ask all of them to return all the stolen arms. Police will not take any action against them. In fact they can put the weapons at a place and time of their choosing. Let them hide the identity of their respective outfits. If our pleas fall on deaf ears, repercussions will be very severe,” Doungel said.

The DGP also said that police will not wait for an indefinite period of time. “If they fail to comply with our appeal, police will start a manhunt. The result will be severe,” warned the top cop of Manipur.
