Kekhrievor Kevichusa encouraged the entrepreneurs to demand more from the government in terms of better assistance, interventions, etc
Dimapur: Seven Naga entrepreneurs were felicitated with first “State Entrepreneur Award 2022” at a felicitation programme held at the Conference Hall of the Directorate of Industries & Commerce (I&C), Tuesday.
According to a DIPR report, delivering special address commissioner and secretary, Kekhrievor Kevichusa encouraged the entrepreneurs to demand more from the government in terms of better assistance, interventions, etc., and said that a conducive environment for creating a local economy could be built with active participation from all stakeholders.
In a speech, director I&C, P Temjem Jamir said that the award was initiated with the administrative approval of the government to honour and recognize some of the outstanding Naga entrepreneurs who had made exceptional contributions to building an ecosystem that has impacted the grass-root economy.
