Diphu :  Residents of West Karbi Anglong have expressed their resentment over the poor state of school education revealed by the outcome of Gunotsav. They have squarely blamed Assistant School Inspector of West Karbi Anglong for the consequence, alleging him of remaining absent from duty for most of the time.

They have alleged that Nayan Pathak instead of remaining in his place of posting continuously stays in district headquarter Diphu on the pretext of ‘official purpose’ ignoring his monitoring and evolution duty of schools under his jurisdiction.

Prominent residents of West Karbi Anglong have sought intervention of Chief Executive Member of Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council Tuliram Ronghang and Executive Member in charge education department Richard Tokbi in this issue for better future of the students.
