He was addressing the participants of the IIF International Research Conference and Award Summit 2023 on the topic ‘ Leadership Lessons from Gita & Anu-Gita ’ organised by Indian Institute of Finance, Greater Noida.
For good governance at all levels, the leadership needs to be street SMART ( simple, moral, action-oriented, responsive and transparent), explained Prof. Goel.
To give best to the society, the leader must utilise their capabilities by becoming SIMPLE with the development of (sq., intuition, moral, physical, love-self attitude and eq.), said Prof. Goel.
For the working environment to prevail everywhere, we need to change the looks, actions and words to make it the real law of leadership, believes Prof. Goel.
To be good if not great leaders, we must understand the difference between a mere achievement and true accomplishment, told Prof. Goel.
To perform duties of all kinds with commitment and honesty, leaders require positive anger when someone insults the nation, believes Prof. Goel.
