In the state BJP, some people from outside are seen doing unethical interference

Agartala: Former Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb in press conference yesterday had alledged that some interference from outside the state within the party is going on in Tripura and that he will not tolerate such activity.

“In the state BJP, some people from outside are seen doing unethical interference. But we will run the party – we will work under the leadership of Prime Minister NarendraModi and JP Nadda. The party will not run on the words of outsiders. I informed the top leadership of the party about the unethical interference by some outsiders”.

After the press conference the BJP high command got into action and sources are telling that he was summoned by the central leadership for which he had to rush to Delhi on a late nigh flight from Agartala.

Though he has not elaborated on any names or mentioned whom he is indicating even after reporters kept asking him but it seems he has started a fresh round of controversy, this time within the party and it also indiacates all is not well within the party.

When asked by media the state BJP president Rajib Bhattacharya about Biplap Deb’s press conference he said, “I have also seen Biplapbabu’s press conference.” I will talk to him about this. Biplab Deb is also our leader, ManikSaha is also our leader, he said. Rajib Bhattacharya said that we will go together with everyone.
