Shillong : A collaboration between NEHU, Shillong and Gujarat University kick started on Sunday with the launching the Gujarat Bhawan in NEHU campus and the launch of certificate course in “Natural Farming, Agripreneurship and Cooperatives”.

These were launched during the National Seminar on “Organic farming in North-East India: A vision toward Sustainable Agriculture, Livelihood and Nutritional Security” organised by the BIRAC’s BioNEST Bio-Incubator Facility, Tura Campus in association with ICAR RC – NEH Region Umiam, IPR Cell, NEHU and Indian Institute of Sustainability, Gujarat University.

A MoU between NEHU and Indian Institute of Sustainability, Gujarat University was signed on November 8, 2022 at Rajbhavan, Gujarat in the presence of Governor of Gujarat, Acharya Devvrat.
