Silchar: The convener of ‘Forum for protection of non-Mizos’ Shankar Dey convened a press-meet at Silchar press club on Wednesday where the members apprised of the reign of terror unleashed by Young Mizo Association (YMA) giving a diktat to all the non-Mizo businessmen to shut their operations in Mizoram.

“The situation is tense in Mizoram. YMA volunteers are taking out bike rallies asking the non—Mizos to pull down the shutters of their shops. The common non-Mizos are passing sleepless nights,” said the members of the forum at the press conference.
