“As the constitutional head of the state ,we expect the Honourable Governor to impartially look into our grievances and direct the state government to take necessary measures” said Pradyot
Agartala: The ‘Tipra Motha’ chief Pradyot Kishore has deplored the failure of the governor Satyadeo Narayan Arya to give his party an appointment as well as to listen to their grievances. Having returned after failure to meet the governor in Raj Bhawan today , Pradyot made his sense of shock and dismay in a ‘Facebook’ post.
He said “for past many months we were seeking Honourable Governor’s appointment to discuss some grave issues concerning the indigenous people of the state but for some reasons best known to him and his office we were not given any appointment”. Pradyot further said that on Friday ‘our’ elected representatives Honourable CEM, MLAs, EMs, and MDCs were not even allowed to enter the Raj Bhawan to submit ‘our’ memorandum.
“As the constitutional head of the state ,we expect the Honourable Governor to impartially look into our grievances and direct the state government to take necessary measures” said Pradyot in his social media post.
