NEWS 1- Congress seeks Ashwini Vaishnaw’s resignation
Congress leader and former Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan on Saturday demanded resignation of Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw in the wake of triple train tragedy in Odisha in which 261 people died. He said that the report of the inquiry should be made public.

A hoax bomb call near the Golden Temple past Friday midnight put the Punjab Police on alert.
A bomb disposal squad was rushed to the area and it was scanned.
