The travel advisories issued by the office of the DC Longleng regarding traffic movement on the Changtongya-Longleng section of the road have been lifted. The Changtongya-Longleng section is now open to all kinds of motor traffic, including heavy vehicles.

Drivers of both light motor vehicles (LMV) and heavy vehicles passing through the Longleng-Changtongya NH-702 road have been advised to exercise utmost caution while traversing the affected area. They are also urged not to halt, stop, or park their vehicles in or around landslide-affected areas to avoid risks to themselves and their co-passengers.
