The Youth of Manipur (YOM)  who are camping in the National Capital, from September 23 had their second round of meeting with the MLAs of Manipur today at New Delhi and have resolved that the next meeting scheduled for September 30 will be the decisive one.

One of the representatives of YoM, Luwang Meetei, in a video handout has categorically said that the next meeting will be the last and final one, and its fall out will decide YoM future course of action.

The said meeting will be a crucial one as it will be attended by the Chief Minister N. Biren Singh and as well as by the opposition MLAs of the state.

Volunteers of YoM left Imphal for New Delhi on September 23. The volunteers since their arrival at the capital have been sleeping either at the roadside pavements or some public avenues as a mark of protest.

With no end to the violence and unrest in Manipur,  YoM have become a force multiplier since violence broke out in Manipur on May 3 of this year with a peace rally going violent in Churachandpur district resulting in a ethnic divide in the state.
