It has been reported by MET Department that from April 22 (Monday) isolated to sporadic rains and thundershowers lashing the hills of the western Himalayas and likely to spread over East and the Northeast India,  accompanying by hailstorm, winds and thunderstorms in the states of  West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Bhutan.
