“The academic leaders must eliminate  ‘i-syndrome ‘ for taking credit on success and blaming others on failure.”  believes  Former Vice-Chancellor Dr Madan Mohan Goel, Propounder Needonomics School of Thought superannuated Professor from Kurukshetra University. He was addressing the participants of the NEP Orientation & Sensitization Program (online mode) organized by   UGC- Malviya Mission Teacher Training Centre (MMTTC) Iswar Saran PG College, Prayagraj (A Constituent College of University of Allahabad)   here today. His topic was “Academic Leadership for Needo-governance in Institutional Management”. Director MMTTC Prof. Anand Shanker Singh delivered the welcome address. Dr Viveka Nand Tripathi Programme Convener presented a citation on Prof. M.M. Goel. Dr Anjana Srivastava Programme Co-Convener proposed the vote of thanks.

The academic leadership must learn to work under a pressure cooker environment from women in the Kitchen, believes Prof. Goel.

To enhance academic leadership’s effectiveness and efficiency, we must understand and adopt Gita-based needonomics, explained Needonomist Goel.

Needo-governance in institutional management calls for spiritual intelligence (SI) in academic leadership, said Prof. Goel.

The ideal man Ram has to be understood with responsibility, accountability and morality (RAM) in Bharat with the needo-happiness academic leadership of Viksit, said Prof. Goel.

To script a new narrative of academic leadership with the cooperation and support of the fraternity of teachers, we must be bold, courageous, and enthusiastic to become street SMART (simple, moral, action-oriented, responsive, and transparent), explained Prof. Goel.
