By voting BJP, continuity of progress can be expected
Chief Executive Member of Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council Tuliram Ronghang, on Wednesday, urged the voters of the hills of Assam to choose BJP instead of All Party Hills Leaders Conference or Congress as one party doesn’t have any representation in the central or state government, and the other cannot form the government in the centre.
Mentioning various government sponsored schemes like the Arunoodoi which gives Rs 1,250 monthly to women, Ayushman Bharat giving medical coverage up to Rs 5 lakh yearly, free LPG gas cylinders to beneficiaries etc.
He said that a party devoid of governance cannot make possible any development. By voting BJP, continuity of progress can be expected.
Tuliram Ronghang the star campaigner of BJP stated this in an enormous election rally held at Deithor under the Duar-bagori Member of Autonomous Council constituency within Bokajan Legislative Assembly constituency.
Ronghang was campaigning for BJP candidate Amarsing Tisso, contesting the Diphu parliamentary constituency, which will go to polls on April 26.
Ronghang informed about the scheme launched by the Assam government for the girl students. Under this scheme, every HSLC pass girl will receive INR 10,000 for college admittance, INR 12,000 for degree entrance, and INR 25,000 for university admittance.
