SILCHAR : District Commissioner Rohan Kumar Jha, on Wednesday, expressed his thankfulness to everyone associated with the counting process in connection with the Lok Sabha election results for carrying out the work in a smooth and hassle-free manner.

Sharing his reaction, DC Jha said he was happy that the counting process was conducted smoothly without any untoward incident. He thanked everyone associated with the work, including the police authorities for their efforts throughout the day.

He also congratulated Parimal Suklabaidya for winning the election in the Silchar seat and wished him more success in the future.
