Bangladesh : A renowned journalist Jewel Aich of Chittagong district lodged a GD with the Chandgaon police station of Chittagong district in Bangladesh for spreading various kinds of propaganda opening various kinds of fake accounts in social media against him by a sectarian group.

Journalist Jewel Aich of Chittagong recently filed a general diary with the Chandgaon police station seeking security and safety for his family members and urged the authority to take drastic action against the cyber criminals through fair investigation.

He mentioned in the GD that a special group opened various kinds of fake accounts in his name using his pictures and cell phone number with a view to creating chaos and communal propaganda in the society.A religious zealot also threatened him to kill sending voice recording through messenger.

It’s to be mentioned here that this communal group targeted him for preventing those groups to freely move at the Chandranath Pilgrimage Site of the world’s Hindu community and his strong leadership against the continus conversion and illegal occupation in the locality.
