I urge people to listen to or read the speech of the elected MP from Manipur, Mr Alfred Arthur

His scathing indictment of the central government, especially the PM, HM and FM, is a cry from the hearts of thousands of citizens of Manipur

If the central government continues to pretend that the conflict in Manipur “does not exist”, it is a grave dereliction of its duty under Article 355 of the Constitution and a cruel blow to federalism

Not only Manipur, the entire North East will punish the BJP-led government

Obviously, there are no wise counsellors in the government to advise the top leadership to change course
