This is a Bangladeshi Hindu stooge called Gobinda Pramanik, rigged up to convince people that there is no persecution of Hindus in Bangladesh.

He reminds me of Jogen Mandal, a Hindu Muslim League leader, who said similar things about the Hindu carnage of Noakhali of 1946. He later became a central minister in Pakistan. After the 1950 Hindu genocide he came to his native Barisal and after taking it in, ran to India and resigned.
They’ve even dressed him up like a RSS swayamsevak!
