I am a resident of Silchar and a student. I write to you to highlight the very troublesome traffic jam faced by us.The time lost is very high and we get very tired and delayed due to these traffic jams everywhere. We cannot go out also and stay mostly indoors.

I would request all citizens to obey traffic rules, the police should manage the congestion effectively and we all should cooperate with each other. I think due to traffic jams we all suffer and waste our valuable time. What can we all do to solve the problem?

I appeal to all to think about it.
