Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha had its national Convention on its 108th Foundation Day in New Delhi on 13th April where party workers and its officials from across the country assembled to deliberate its next course of action.

A referendum was launched on 26th January 2022 and was adopted in this convention on 13th and 14th April 2023 at the Birla Mandir, in New Delhi where hundreds of people voted in favour of Bharat being declared Hindu Rashtra to complete freedom to restore Bharat from influences of invaders which include uniform civil court; ban on cow slaughters; mass employment and self-employment through cow waste and organic product and organic product-making units; No income tax;  government support to medium, small, micro, cooperative units,  handicraft and handloom unit as the main platform of the economy. 

The Mahasabha also called for the Gurukul System of Education with Gurukul Board as the regulatory body. They also demanded pension, yield insurance, mediclaim, free quality education for farmers and their families as well as free interest-free loans for organic farming.

An identity card for labourers, farmers, destitute women, specially challenged persons, below poverty level freedom fighters families from Prithviraj Chauhan to 1947 for availing social justice schemes.

It also demanded the cancellation of voting rights and ration cards for persons with more than two biological children through one or more partners. Hindu Mahasabha also advocated for protection of ancient temples and the modernisation of the military and police force as well as making medical facilities available at the booth level.

On 14th April Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha celebrated the Bijay Divas along with the Azad Hind government Committee and awarded the family members of INA veterans, freedom fighters as well as royal families who sacrificed their lives and land.

Rajyasree Chaudhuri spoke with valour and demanded that the government of the day should take up the policies and accept the demand passed in the convention or shall fight it out to achieve the goals set by the Mahasabha.

Special invitees spoke and voiced their concerns as well as State Presidents gave their progress reports and voiced their regional concerns. 

It was decided that the next year the National Convention will be held at Moirang in Manipur and the National President  Rajyasree Chaudhuri on the consent of the convention declared the same
