The Chins, Kukis and Kuki-Chin people share ethnic ties with the Mizos.
Earlier, Chief Minister Lalduhoma had said that his government would continue to provide relief to the Myanmar and Bangladeshi refugees and internally displaced people from Manipur on humanitarian grounds.
