On the occasion of 550th birth anniversary celebrations of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, Ik Onkar, a symbol that represents Sikh religious philosophy, painted on the tail of Air Indian ‘s Boeing 787.

The aircraft will operate between Mumbai- Amritsar -Stansted on 30th & 31st October

Chief Minister of Punjab Captain Amarinder Singh in a tweet echoed his emotion and wrote- ‘Heartwarming to see ‘Ik Onkar’ painted on the tail of airindiain’s Boeing 787 Dreamliner as part of the historic celebrations on the 550th Prakash Purb of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji.

Ik Onkar  is the symbol that represents the one supreme reality and is a central tenet of Sikh religious philosophy.
