Governor informed her deep shock and concern about the unfortunate incident and instruction given by her to the State Government to take stringent action against the perpetrators. Further, Goveror informed them that all sections of the society irrespective of caste, creed and religion strongly condemned the inhuman act. 

She made an appeal to them to extend their fullest cooperation to restore peace and tranquillity through a peaceful and amicable dialogue. In addition, Governor informed them that all out efforts have already been made to resettle those displaced people who have been taking shelter in different relief camps in both Valley and Hills Districts to their respective places.
