In order to conduct the forthcoming assembly elections in the Cachar district smoothly and peacefully, Deputy Commissioner Cachar and district election officer Keerthi Jalli has opened a complaint review control room and call center in Silchar.  The control room will be open 24 hours in the PFC building of the district magistrate’s office in Silchar.

In this control room, any person, organization and political party can lodge a complaint regarding the election.  Officers in the control room will bring in to the notice of the District Election Officer, the Returning Officer and the Expenditure and Review Cell to take appropriate action on the complaints.
