All offline activities of the Diphu campus of Assam University are going to be suspended from Monday 7^th November stated a notice by the Registrar of the University.

Looking into the increasing cases of Dengue in Diphu and in accordance with the decision of Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council as a preventive measure all physical activities of the campus shall be suspended till 12^th November.

The departmental work and academic activities may be taken up on online mode stated the notice.

270 cases were reported in the last five days in Diphu and accordingly, in an order by the Council all schools and colleges are being shut for a week and preventive measures are being undertaken
