Assam University, Silchar organised a One Week Management Development Program (MDP) for University’s officers from 14th to 19th November 2022. The officers of the Assam University Silchar campus as well as the Diphu campus participated in the MDP.

The experts highlighted the latest Management practices in their deliberation. The sessions were made participatory with the use of Management games, teamwork, personality development test, etc. 

The Vice Chancellor Prof. Rajive Mohan Pant has also engaged in sessions in the area of Motivation as well as stress Management. Registrar Dr. P K  Nath mentioned that such types of Management Development Programs will really benefit the University’s officers.

The faculties of the Business Administration department have taken two hours of sessions each day. The external expert from Defence HQ Training Institute New Delhi and Rastriya Raksha University, Gandhinagar also had a few sessions.
