After several hours of interrogation, cab driver finally revealed why he did murder of Pooja

It is after three weeks that Bangaluru police with the help of meticulous investigation could finally get success to find out the actual culprit of Kolkata based model cum event manager Pooja De who was brutally murderd.

It could be established that the accused H.M. Nagesh, a cab driver whom Pooja booked in Bangalore to reach Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) on July 31st.

It is being established that the driver murdered and her dead body was found in Kadarayappanahalli village near the KIA airport .

It was even difficult for her husband also to identify the body as her body was brutally stabbed.

When police started investigating they didn’t get any clue except a bar code on her jeans and her watch. Finger and facial features slightly suggested that she may can be from Northern India region.

Depending on this single assumption police decided to study all the missing case of Bengal and New Delhi region, a senior officers revealed.

After finding this body’s match with one Bengal’s missing case police called her family to be in Bangaluru for identifying the body. Next day her husband identified the body and informed police that for the last time on 1st August he got a message from her wife Pooja asking him to transfer 5 lakhs into her account. He after that tried to call her but she did not receive his call. After that the device was on switched off mode.

On getting this clue police started to trace her phone call and email id detail. Police got to know before she went missing she had traveled in a cab to reach to her hotel room. Then Police caught the concern cab driver.

Another suspicious element was that the cab driver had totally blocked Ola services after ferrying Pooja.

After several hours of interrogation, he finally revealed why he did murder Pooja.

In the next morning without booking through the app, Pooja called previous night’s driver directly to take her to airport for her boarding around 4 am.

It was early morning and she fell asleep. It was an opportunity for Nagesh. He deverted his car from the main road and demanded money from her. As she denied he attacked her with a jack rod. He snatched her bag. But he found that she had only 500 in her bag and two phones. To save herself she started shouting for help.

But this time he brutally attacked her with knife and a brick that resulted her death.
