CM Helpline Will be a Milestone Achieved to Redress Public Grievances

A workshop on Chief Minister’s Helpline organised in Shimla targets to save time and money of the general public and provide them with help in solving public grievances

Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur claimed that the Chief Minister Helpline (Him Sewa) will prove as an effective tool in redressing public grievances. 

In a workshop held in Shimla, in Himachal Pradesh related to the CM’s Helpline was organised. The Chief Minister joined in through a video conference from Ahmedabad. The Himachal Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur assured the people that the Chief Minister Helpline would prove helpful in solving public grievances. The public can get their problems addressed without repeatedly visiting the government departments.

The Chief Minister had earlier assured in his budget to put in policies to save time and money of the general public.

So, the Chief Minister Helpline would be an initiative in this direction and has directed all concerned officers to put in all efforts to make the program a big success.
