Deputy commissioner and DEO Kohima Kumar Ramnikant  has notified for information of all concerned that the casting of Postal Ballot by Absentee Voters Essential Services (AVES) category shall be conducted on 15th, 16th & 17th of April, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM for which a Postal Voting Centre (PVC) is being set up at DB’s Court, Deputy Commissioner Office complex Kohima.

Therefore, all personnel under AVES category who have applied for voting through Postal Ballot have been informed to take note and exercise the franchise on the dates mentioned above.
