Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said he will examine whether the Centre’s Ayushman Bharat programme can be integrated with the Delhi government’s health scheme. 

In a tweet, Mr Kejriwal said, Ayushman Bharat was briefly discussed during the meeting. 

Under the Ayushman Bharat, over 10.7 crore families from poor and vulnerable section will get the health cover of five lakh rupees annually for treatment. 

Mr Kejriwal said, during the meeting, he also invited the Prime Minister to visit a mohalla clinic and a government school.
