CEM Gorlosa said it was a pleasure to be a part at the inaugural ceremony this morning at Saraswati Vidya Mandir at Boro Haflong

Haflong : Chief executive member, Dima Hasao Autonomous Council Debolal Gorlosa appealed to all section of people to protect and preserve their own culture and tradition unitedly in a meeting held at Saraswati Vidya Mandir, Boro Haflong on Saturday.

CEM Gorlosa in presence of Executive Members P.Nriame, Ramgalungbe Jeme, Dr Pawan Kumar Tiwari, organising secretary Vidya Bharati and others inaugurated various construction and renovation works done at Saraswati Vidya Mandir Boro Haflong.

The development works done included Construction of Boundary Wall Including 2 (two) Nos. GATE, Renovation of Existing Guest House, Mini Guest House, including Ram Mandir, Renovation of Boys Hostel, Renovation of RCC (G+1). Gorlosa also inspected all the ongoing construction of works and appreciated the contractors and the managing committee for their endeavour.

Among others, Mahesh Bhagat organising Secretary, Dakshin Assam Prant, Asong Hrangkhol, President, saraswati Vidya mandir parichalana samity, Dima Hasao, Krisna Chetri, Secretary and GB and prominent persons were also present in the program.

CEM Gorlosa said it was a pleasure to be a part at the inaugural ceremony this morning at Saraswati Vidya Mandir at Boro Haflong. Also said educational institutions like saraswati Vidya mandir or Vidya Bharati are also needed like other government or private schools where the students get the opportunity to learn about their culture and tradition.
