Chief Executive Member, N C Hills Autonomous Council Debolal Gorlosa visited the house of Lt. Dimaraj Johori of Diyungbra, who died in yesterday’s tragic accident at NEEPCO Umrangso, due to a sudden surge of water and pipe bursting on Sunday
Gorlosa assuring all help from the council, offered the family their deepest and most sincere condolences to the bereaved family of the victim.
Late Johori was the sole bread earner and was working as a contractual employee in NEEPCO.
CEM soon after getting the news of yesterday’s incident in Dima Hasao had stated that ‘the visuals coming out of different areas due to heavy have deeply saddened him. He assured that the department officials, EM’s, MAC’s were proactively working in different areas during this time to help clear roads, helping villagers during this sudden crisis.
He paid his deep condolences to the family members for the departed souls who died on 26 March morning due to a tragic accident that happened in NEEPCO, because of the sudden surge of water and pipe bursting.
