DoSE directs schools regarding admission for students from Manipur

Admissions to Classes 8 and above shall be done with the prior approval of the Nagaland Board of School Education

Kohima : The Department of School Education is collecting data on Students who are residents/inhabitants of Nagaland and returned from Manipur following the law & order situation. Therefore, Heads of all Schools (Government/Private/NBSE/CBSE/ICSE) functioning within the State of Nagaland have been reminded to submit the number of such students admitted in their Schools since May 2023 at the ACTIVITIES Tab provided at the Online School Monitoring Portal https://school.dosenl.in on or before 12th June 2023 without fail.

Further, Schools following the State Curriculum have been directed to grant provisional admission to students belonging to the above category up to Class 7 without the production of educational documents from the school previously studied.

Parents of such students shall submit an undertaking to the effect that they will submit all required documents before the commencement of the Third Term Examination 2023, failing which the provisional admission granted may be canceled. Admissions to Classes 8 and above shall be done with the prior approval of the Nagaland Board of School Education
