Our beloved colleague of Nagaon Paper Mill, Birsing Deka, a resident of Hatiamukh, of Jagiroad Constituency, Dist: Morigaon, Assam, lost the Battle of life due to Kidney Failure & departed to his heavenly abode yesterday on 01-02-2024 at around 7-20 AM at Nursing Home, Guwahati at the age about 58 years.

He was suffering from multiple diseases connected with Kidney failures but could not recover & lost the battle of life.

Every worker of HPC, Paper Mills of Assam passing days with unbearable suffering, stress, trauma & lost all hope to live life with human dignity while the Government of India has not paid salaries for the last 84 months. Govt of Assam declared a Relief Package to save lives but it is pertinent to note that the irreparable damages already caused earlier, now resulting in deaths one after another, thus the responsibilities for all such deaths rest on the Government of India which failed to resolve the crisis till now.

DeathToll raised to 119 including 4 committed suicides in HPC Paper Mills of Assam.
The Govt. of India-owned Industries have turned to the Valley of Death as like as Holocaust only because of the Irresponsible, Inhuman & Hostile approach of the Government at the Centre.

While Natural Justice is rejected by, a native Government & Inhuman torture increases, the only option remains open & that is ★CITIZEN’S COURT”★ of National & International Communities.
