Diphu : Bokajan police recovered heroin kept concealed in plastic soap box and five tobacco containers and 93 capsules of Sampex Plus from the house of one Ijajul Haque located near a parking place of Bokajan in Assam’s Karbi Anglong district yesterday night.

According to Additional Superintendent of Police, Karbi Anglong, police acting on a specific input, searched the rented dwelling of one Ijajul Haque, located near Terang Parking area of Bokajan town at about 6 pm and recovered the prohibited drugs.

The 22 year old Ijajul Haque is the son of Md. Hobibur Haque resident of Dhubaguri Suma Gaonin Nagaon district of Assam. Police have registered a case against the arrested drug dealer under assorted sections of the N D P S Act, 1985.
